  شروط وأحكام فندق لوريڤ

• على المستأجر مراعاة السلوك والآداب الإسلامية خلال فترة تواجده في الوحدة، وعدم السماح بإقامة أي أشخاص آخرين من غير المرافقين له مع الالتزام بالهدوء وعدم إزعاج الآخرين حرصاً على الراحة العامة.
• المستأجر مسؤول عن كامل ممتلكات الوحدة ويجب عليه المحافظة عليها، وفي حال تلف شيء من الممتلكات يجب عليه دفع التعويض المناسب الذي تقرره الإدارة حسب جدول التلفيات الخاص بالفندق .
• لا يحق للمستأجر تحويل العقد إلى شخص آخر.
• التأكد عند مغادرة النزيل للوحدة من عدم وجود ما قد يتسبب في حدوث أخطار-لا سمح الله. على سبيل المثال ( شواحن الجوال – السجائر – الفحم – بطاريات الشحن المتنقلة …….. الخ )
• موعد الخروج في تمام الساعة (12) الثانية عشرة ظهراً، وإذا تأخر عن ذلك تحسب عليه أجرة ليلة كاملة.
• يتم دفع قيم الإيجار مقدماً.
• في حال تغيب المستأجر بعد انتهاء العقد ب ( 24 ساعة ) ، يحق للإدارة فتح الوحدة والتصرف فيها ورفع ممتلكات المستأجر إلى المستودع دون أدنى مسؤولية على الإدارة ويعتبر العقد لاغياً.
• الإدارة غير مسؤولة عن فقدان الأشياء الثمينة الخاصة بالمستأجر داخل الوحدة.
• ليس للمستأجر الحق في استرداد قيمة الإيجار في حال المغادرة قبل انتهاء المدة المتعاقد عليها.
• في حال رغبة المستأجر في تجديد المدة أو إخلاء الوحدة عليه إشعار الاستقبال بذلك قبل انتهاء المدة ب24ساعة
• -يعتبر العقد لاغياً في حال الإخلال بإحدى الشروط المذكورة أعلاه .

Le Reve Hotel terms and conditions

• The tenant is required to observe Islamic behavior and etiquette during their stay in the unit, not allowing any other persons who are not their companions to stay with them, and should maintain calmness and not disturb others for the sake of public comfort.
• The tenant is responsible for the entire property of the unit and must maintain it. In case of any damage to the property, the tenant must pay the appropriate compensation determined by the management according to the hotel’s damage schedule.
• The tenant is not allowed to transfer the contract to another person.
• Upon departure, the tenant must ensure that there is nothing that may cause danger, such as mobile chargers, cigarettes, charcoal, portable charging batteries, etc.
• The check-out time is at exactly 12 noon. If the tenant checks out late, they will be charged for a full night.
• The rental value must be paid in advance.
• If the tenant is absent after the end of the contract for (24 hours), the management has the right to open the unit, take possession of it, and move the tenant’s property to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management, and the contract is considered null and void.
• The management is not responsible for the loss of the tenant’s valuable belongings inside the unit.
• The tenant has no right to refund the rental value in case of leaving before the contracted period ends.
• If the tenant wishes to renew the period or vacate the unit, they must notify the reception 24 hours before the end of the period.
• The contract is considered null and void in case of violating any of the above conditions.
